By MyFM's Rick Michaels - The cause of an early morning fire this past Sunday, that destroyed a barn in Holliston and killed dozens of animals, remains under investigation by the State Fire Marshall's Office. After conducting a preliminary investigation this week, there were no signs the fire was suspicious, however the investigation will continue once more of the debris from the blaze is removed. So it appears a final determination on the cause may still be a few more days away. The Holliston resident who was renting the barn on Concord Street that was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived shortly after six o’clock Sunday morning, Rebecca Brodie, is wanted in Connecticut on nine-counts of animal cruelty. The animals at the Holliston barn who survived appeared to be well-kept. The barn had been inspected and some heating issues were being dealt with, at the time of the fire.
