By MyFM's Rick Michaels - The Hopedale Board of Selectmen will be reviewing a letter tonight on one area of impact to the town, as a result of the proposed Draper Falls urban renewal plan. The letter comes from the Board of Water and Sewer Commissioners giving Hopedale Selectmen an idea of the impact of the project, on the town’s sewer and water system. The Draper Falls urban renewal plan is an effort to revitalize the town center, through a mixed use development. New Development will lead to the creation of jobs and the resulting added tax revenue, to support town services. Hopedale Selectmen are also expected tonight to vote and open the warrant tomorrow for the Special Town Meeting. Then close the warrant on October 19th the Special Town Meeting is slated for November 13th, a week after the general election.
