Local Girl's Lax Scores: Bellingham, Holliston And More

Thursday

Franklin 18 Mansfield 4 - Franklin took a 10-1 lead into the half and kept their foot on the pedal. Kelsey MacCallum picked up three goals and two assists while Annie Walsh scored four times. Gianna Cameron made six saves in net.

Holliston 16 Bellingham 1 - Lily Trainor scored five goals and picked up one assist, with one of her goals being the 100th of her career. The Panthers had 12 different people score and improved to 4-2 and 4-1 in the TVL. 

Friday

Franklin 7 King Philip 6 (2OT) - Kelsey MacCallum found Erin Walsh for the game-winner in the second overtime to propel Franklin by King Philip. Annie Walsh added three goals and Gianna Cameron made six saves between the pipes. 

Hopkinton 11 Medway 7 - Maggie Dolan picked up five goals to lead the way for Hopkinton as they improved to 4-3 with the win. Cami McDonald added three goals and dished out an assist. Ava Vasile picked up three goals for Medway in the loss. 

Saturday

Holliston 16 Milford 2 - Holliston got out to an early lead and beat up on Milford in a win. Lily Trainor had three goals and an assist for the Panthers while Lauren Salley picked up four goals and two assists. Holliston improved to 5-2 on the year. 

Oliver Ames 17 Bellingham 8 - Grace Costello scored four goals but Bellingham dropped to 1-9 on the season. Taryn Martel also added two goals in the loss. 

Nipmuc 14 Hopedale 6 - Hopedale had a one goal lead at the half but ended up getting blown away by Nipmuc. Riley Noyes scored twice and Zoe Athanatopolous added three goals for the Blue Raiders. 

Monday

Dover-Sherborn 9 Medway 5 - Medway got down early and couldn't climb back as they fell to 3-5 and 3-4 in the TVL. Ava Vasile scored two goals and grabbed two assists for the Mustangs.

Westwood 19 Hopkinton 9 - Natalie Calkins' five goals and one assist couldn't help Hopkinton beat Westwood on Monday. The Hillers fell to 4-4 and 3-3 in the TVL with the loss. 

Tuesday

Hopedale 11 Auburn 10 - Riley Noyes had four goals and three assists to help Hopedale get by Auburn on Tuesday. Olivia Hurley scored three times while Mykenzie Black picked up one goal and two assists. Avery DeRagon saved 13 shots in net. The Blue Raiders improved to 5-3. 

Hopkinton 16 Norton 0 - Lillian York registered three goals and one assist and Cami McDonald scored twice with two assists to lead Hopkinton. The Hillers moved to 5-4 and 4-3 in the TVL. 

Wednesday

Franklin 15 North Andover 10 - Franklin picked up the 15-10 win over North Andover on Wednesday. 

North Attleboro 15 Milford 2 - Milford suffered a bad loss to North Attleboro on Wednesday, 15-2.

Medway 12 Ashland 10 - Olivia Heaney scored five times to lead Medway to a win over Ashland. The Mustangs improved to 4-5 overall and 4-4 in the TVL. Izzy Jackson scored four goals and picked up an assist, Ava Vasile got three goals and an assist and Lily Sears made 10 saves in goal.

Bellingham 10 Dedham 7 - Grace Costello netted five goals, Bella Mancini added three and an assist and Bellingham moved to 2-10 overall and 1-8 in the TVL. 

Thursday

Franklin 21 Taunton 1 - Mairead Goguen tallied two goals and two assists while Corinne Lewis scored twice as well. The Panthers are now 9-3 and 5-0 in the Hockomock. They visit North Attleboro on Monday at 5:15 p.m.

Sharon 17 Milford 1 - Milford was routed by Sharon 17-1 on Thursday afternoon.

Dover-Sherborn 18 Bellingham 4 - Bellingham dropped to 2-11 and 1-9 in the Tri-Valley League with a tough loss to DS. The Blackhawks head to Oliver Ames on Monday at 3:45 p.m.

Northbridge 16 Hopedale 9 - Hopedale came up short in a 16-9 loss to Northbridge on Thursday. They are now 6-4 and will play Northbridge again on Saturday at home. Game time is 2:30 p.m.
