Hopkinton 15 Millis 12 - The Hillers used a 10 run fifth inning to storm back and take down Millis. Katy Holly went 4-for-5 at the plate with two RBIs and also came in and pitched the final three frames while holding down Millis. Hopkinton moved to 3-1 and 2-0 in the Tri-Valley League while Millis fell to 0-4 and 0-3. Cheyenne Whelan and Mackenzie Smith both hit homers for Millis.
Millis 9 Nantucket 0 - Abby Doyle pitched a complete game shutout to lead Millis over Nantucket on Saturday. They improved to 1-5 overall.
Franklin 12 Canton 6 - Franklin scored five in the first and ran away from there. Jackie Cherry smoked a three-run bomb and Peyton Arone went 3-for-3 with an RBI. The Panthers went to 3-4 overall and 3-3 in the Hockomock League.
Medfield 9 Holliston 8 - Holliston came up short in their late rally, and fell to Medfield 9-8. The Panthers fell to 4-4 and 4-3 in the TVL. They will visit Medway tomorrow at 4 p.m.
Milford 13 Wellesley 0 - Milford kept rolling as they routed Wellesley on Monday, 13-0.
Nipmuc 10 Hopedale 6 - Rachel Swanson went 3-for-5 at the plate but Hopedale fell to Nipmuc on Monday. The Blue Raiders dropped to 2-5 overall and 2-1 in the Dual Valley Conference.
Bellingham 6 Millis 3 - Kasey MacGowan was 3-for-4 at the plate while also pitching seven strong to lead Bellingham over Millis. The Blackhawks improved to 4-3 overall and 3-3 in the TVL.
Milford 12 Oliver Ames 0 (5 innings) - Kelley Reichert allowed just one hit as Milford dominated Oliver Ames in a game shortened by the mercy rule. Reichert struck out five and went 2-for-3 at the plate with a two-run homer and a double. Emily Hartman picked up three hits and drove in a run while Emily Piergustavo smacked a solo shot and drove in two. Milford stayed undefeated at 8-0 overall and 5-0 in the Hock.
Hopkinton 12 Westwood 0 (6 innings) - Katie Holly was huge for Hopkinton again as she went all six innings and allowed just two hits. She was also on base five times with three hits on the day. Emily Whelan was also great on offense as she picked up three hits, two walks and scored four times. The Hillers improved to 4-1 and 3-0 in the TVL.
Medway 12 Dover-Sherborn 0 (6 innings) - Catherine Higgins pitched all six innings and allowed just one hit while striking out 12. Kiley Sheehan went 4-for-4 with three doubles and four RBIs for the Mustangs. Medway improved to 5-1 overall and in the TVL.
