By MyFm's Rick Michaels - Milford Police have made an arrest of an Attleboro man for charges related to lewd conduct on the Upper Charles River Trail in Milford earlier this month and based on this arrest, the same man is facing similar charges in connection with a similar incident along the same trail in June. Milford Police sent out a media release this morning and said that 66-year old James Antonizick of 35 Roadway Street in Attleboro was arrested Tuesday September 4th after receiving a report of a male on the trail behind Interstate Battery exposing himself to several women, who later identified Antonizick and he was subsequently arrested. He was then identified by a second victim, as the man she saw exposing himself on the trail, in the area of Louisa Lake on June 26th. Antonizick is being charged in both incidents for open and gross lewdness, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. In the June incident he’s also charged with annoying and accosting sexually lewd and lascivious conduct.
