By MyFM's Jake Archer - Millis High School boys basketball snuck by Bellingham on Wednesday night by a score of 43-41. The Mohawks were able to hold on for the win against their Tri-Valley League opponent after taking an 11-point lead into the fourth quarter.
Senior guard Bryce Latosek led the way for Millis with 14 points on the night while freshman center Jackson McKersie added six points and eight boards. Juniors Philip Jones and Mike Reissfelder scored 12 and 10 points respectively for the Blackhawks in the loss.
Millis improves to 5-9 and 3-8 in the TVL and will play host to Westwood on Friday at 6:30 p.m.
