By MyFM's Rick Michaels - The Town of Northbridge is looking to develop strategies to enhance and promote future development opportunities for downtown Rockdale and a discussion will take place as part of a workshop coming up next Tuesday. The Northbridge Community Planning and Development Office, in partnership with the Planning Board and working with the MassDevelopment and Urban Land Institute, will conduct a day long brainstorming session to develop strategies and realistic options. Northbridge residents and local stakeholders are encouraged to participate during the input/listening sessions Tuesday morning topics will include Zoning, Flooding and Slum and Blight to be followed by an evening presentation that night at which time there will be a review of the findings and identify the next steps to take to enhance and revitalize downtown Rockdale.
