By MyFM's Rick Michaels - A Milford resident has decided to pull nomination papers and run for a seat in the House representing Milford, Mendon, Hopedale and a part of Medway. Michael Soares says Governor Charlie Baker has a vision for a better Massachusetts and he’d like to partner with him to bring about that change. Soares says he would be approachable and would listen to the residents of the 10th Worcester District. He wants to ensure Massachusetts stays competitive by making it more business friendly and keeping taxes low for both businesses and taxpayers. Soares is seeking the seat now held by Democratic State Representative Brian Murray of Milford, who’s serving his first term in office, having been elected to replace the retiring John Fernandes of Milford.
