By MyFM's Rick Michaels - The State Fire Marshall’s office is investigating a deadly fire in Ashland overnite, in which an adult was killed. The fire was in a shed behind a home at 124 Oak Street in Ashland, the wooden shed was said to be fully engulfed when firefighters arrived on the scene at around one o’clock this morning. The body was found after the flames were put out and it’s not believed to be a resident of the house. The Chief Medical Examiner’s Office will be determining the identity of the body and how the person died. At this time there’s no sign of foul play, as the investigation is continuing into the cause of the fire.
