Arthur M. Anzalone, 80, of Bellingham passed away on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2020 at his residence with his entire family by his side. He was the husband of Barbara (Anderson) Anzalone.

Arthur was born June 8, 1940 in Montpelier, VT the son of the late Arsilio L. and Helen C. (Payette) Anzalone and had been a resident of Bellingham since 1976.

Arthur loved spending time with his family. He was a friendly guy who enjoyed and possessed a great sense of humor and fun antics. He loved his trips to VT, hunting and fishing with his cousins on Lake Champlain. He was also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.

In addition to his wife Barbara of 54 years, he is survived by two daughters, Donna J. and her husband Michael Bonina of Uxbridge and Deborah M. and her husband Alberto Peniche of Milford; a sister Nancy and her husband James Delani of MA; a sister-in-law, Kathleen Fleming of Bellingham; 4 grandchildren, Melissa and her husband Nicholas Rando, Brianna Anzalone and her fiancé James Sleboda, Jenna Vondras and her significant other Brandon Moutinho, and Joshua Connolly; 2 great-grandchildren, Parker and Garrett Sleboda and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brothers, Lawrence Anzalone and Ralph Anzalone.

Visiting hours will he held on Thursday, Sept., 24, 2020 from 4 -7 PM in the Buma-Sargent Funeral Home, 42 Congress St., Milford. Burial will be at a later date in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Milford.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to the Salmon VNA, 37 Birch St., Milford, MA 01757.

Facial coverings and physical distancing are required.
