Bellingham Announces July 4th Music Lineup

Bellingham’s annual Independence Day Celebration will once again be held on July 4th with a concert at 5:30.

Matt Zajac will be taking the stage at 5:30. Matt was recently awarded the Highest Honor at this years WMRC's Local Music Awards in May 2016 winning the coveted Headliner Award.  He is a hardworking local acoustic musician performing throughout the region.

The Peacheaters will follow Matt at 7pm.  The Peacheaters are not just an Allman Brothers tribute, they bring the audience an Allman Brothers Experience.  These talented musicians have played the East Coast from the top of Maine to the coast of Florida and everywhere in between, including Macon GA home of the Allman Brothers.  You never know what to expect at a Peacheater Show because no two are ever the same.

Pieces of Eight will follow the Peacheaters and take the show right up to the 9:30 Fireworks.  Pieces of Eight is a high energy dance band featuring a horn section.  The band's highly talented musicians can adapt to cover almost any of an event's musical needs.  This band is made up of members from local favorites Tigerlily, Confounded Bridge(Led Zep tribute), The Peacheaters, Dave Hines Band, The Lois Greco Band, Rosemary's Babys Blues Band, and Heartland Radio.

Fireworks provided by Rhode Island Pyro Technics will start at 9:30 sharp.

The event takes place at the Bellingham Middle School located at the corner of Rte 126 and Blackstone St.

Free parking is available but fills up fast so plan to arrive early.

Concessions are provided by local youth groups so bring your appetite!

No outside vendors will be allowed on Town property.
