By MyFM's Rick Michaels - The warrant for the Fall Town Meeting in Bellingham next month is now available for viewing on the town website. There are 19-articles on the warrant with the first five articles dealing with amending earlier votes taken at the June Annual Town Meeting related to several town budgets. There’s also two articles requiring approval for capital projects, both over and under expenditures of $50,000. The Bellingham Board of Selectmen will ask voters in Article 14 to authorize the board to negotiate and enter into a lease of town land as well as a payment in lieu of tax agreement for the development of a solar array and solar electric storage on town property at 26 Pearl Street, formally known as the Pearl Street Mill site, for a period of up to 30-years. The Bellingham Fall Town Meeting is slated for Wednesday November 18th, at the High School Auditorium.
