Ben Speaks Survive to Thrive programs support mental health and behavior health for families. We know the impact that mental health issues have on individuals, families, and communities and work hard to serve as a resource to those that are affected by the stigma, volatility, and demands placed on far too many today. Our groups offer a nurturing environment to share unique experiences with mental health issues, engage in fun and expressive activities and develop skills and resources to thrive in the face of life challenges.
This Fall 2022 we are offering three programs (For girls/women) through Survive to Thrive.
These programs are free to the public and are paid for through our generous donors, grantors, and sponsors. Complete details are below.
