The $10 dollar all-weekend fares on the commuter rail will be resuming this weekend and for the next six-months. The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority says this means residents throughout the MyFM listening area can hop on the commuter train in Franklin or Framingham and pay just $10, and ride from the first train Saturday morning to the last train on Sunday night. That includes any of the commuter lines throughout the weekend. The reduced weekend fare initiative provides a convenient and affordable option to reach destinations across the greater Boston area. The special $10 all-weekend fare applies to customers age 12 and older and the fare allows adults to travel with two children under the age of 12 at no additional cost. Tickets can be purchased on the MBTA-Ticket app or aboard the trains using cash or credit card.
