Dianne L. (Miller) Chambers, 77, of Milford MA died Monday (August 15, 2022) at UMASS-Memorial Medical Center in Worcester MA after an illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard Chambers.
 
Dianne was born in Milford MA, the daughter of the late R. Wayne Miller and the late Louise (DeLuzio) Miller Howell. She first attended Milford public schools as a young girl and also the former Sacred Heart Grammar School. Dianne was a graduate of the former St. Mary’s Central Catholic  High School, Class of 1963.
 
Dianne was first employed at Auto Truck Transport  and then later at Safety Carrier, both located in Westborough MA. She then was employed as a realtor working for the Prudential Realty Network in Jacksonville FL. Upon returning to Massachusetts she was employed as the office manager at Dirt Cycle Salvage located in Hopedale MA and finally as office administrator at Keystone Precision Solutions located in Milford MA.
 
Dianne enjoyed camping, with all opportunities to make new friends while participating in many of the campground’s social activities, especially Bingo. Her little oasis on her campsite gave her a space to plant flowers and shrubs in her space, as well as volunteering to introduce a flower garden to the campground.
 
Dianne was a member and officer in the Milford Greenleaf Garden Club, where she had served as vice president. She also had served as a volunteer for many years  in the Club’s Junior Program.  Dianne was also a member of the Milford Area St. Jude Chapter and a member of the Milford Theatre Guild.
 
Dianne had many varied interests, including Interior Design (staging homes for sale as a Real Estate Broker); travel, reading, and Crossword Puzzles. But her favorite past time was spending time with friends & family. She especially loved hosting cookouts and holiday celebrations with her children and grandchildren.
 
Dianne is survived by her son: David W. Cheschi of Milford MA; her sister: Bonnie A. Miller of Silver Springs FL; her daughter-in-law: Nicole Cheschi of Milford MA; her grandchildren: Sara Cheschi, Stevie Lee Cheschi, David Cheschi Jr., Anthony Cheschi, Olivia Cheschi, Samantha Cheschi and Nikko Cheschi; also her great grandchildren: Aidin Rawlinson & Adalyn Rawlinson; her step-mother: Mrs. Lois E. Miller of Franklin MA; also several aunts, uncles & cousins.
 
Dianne was the mother of the late Robert S. Cheschi, who died in 2020 and the late Steven E. Cheschi, who died in 2020.
 
Visiting hours for Dianne will be held Monday (August 22nd) from 5pm to 7pm at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA. In accordance with her wishes cremation will follow. Please visit www.edwardsmemorialfuneralhome.com for complete obituary & condolence book.
