By MyFM's Rick Michaels - A Bellingham man a former teacher and coach at the Bellingham Middle School is sentenced to five years in prison after changing his plea, following what was a months long investigation that began
about a year ago he was arraigned back in March, on 61 individual charges, relating to secret recordings he made of unsuspecting nude or partially nude boys and young men. 39 year old Scott McDonald of 11 Paine Street, appeared in Worcester Superior Court yesterday and changed his plea to guilty to 14 counts each, of enticing a child under 16 and filming of unsuspecting nude persons after initially appearing in Milford District Court almost eight months ago pleading not guilty to the charges of, recording a nude or partially nude person, enticing a child under the age of 16 and posing a child for lascivious intent. He was also sentenced to three years probation following his jail time. McDonald was a teacher and baseball coach at Bellingham Middle School where some of the many videos were shot some recordings were filmed at his home. Bellingham Police Detective Amy Kirby worked tirelessly since McDonald’s arrest on a single charge of filming a student in the school bathroom back in November of 2018 identifying some 20-victims in the case but says many more victims were depicted in the videos, which date back to 2012 and were uncovered at McDonald's home.
