By MyFM's Rick Michaels - The town of Franklin will be holding three information sessions next month to discuss with residents, the facts and financial impact of stormwater. Every community in which the Charles River runs through
will be expected to take action to control and clean storm water which ultimately makes it's way to the Charles River. Franklin town officials have been addressing the issue for some time now realizing the cost for Franklin alone could reach $40 million or as much as $60 million in part because of federally mandated action required by all towns especially those near the Charles River. The three information sessions on stormwater will help educate residents and will be held on Friday morning March 6th at 10am, in the Town Council Chambers Wednesday March 11th 6-8pm at Franklin TV and Saturday March 21st from 11am-1pm at the Franklin Town Library.
