FRANKLIN - The Town of Franklin is getting ready to retool the Open Space and Recreation Plan which will help inform decisions on optimizing, expanding and improving open space and recreational facilities in the Town from 2024 - 2031. To make sure residents get a say in the ideas and priorities, the Town is hosting a Comment and Feedback period until June.  Next month they will be putting out a survey and then will hold three public hearings in February, April, and June. Also watch for staff to be out and about gathering feedback.
