By MyFM's Rick Michaels - A Milford woman and a man originally from Hopedale, have been identified and arrested in connection with an armed robbery at a Holliston bank eight months ago. The Federal Bureau of Investigation violent Crime Task Force and the Holliston Police Department used a tip and have taken into custody 33-year old Patricia Desena of Milford, arresting her in Boston yesterday, and 30-year old Oliver Walsh, formally of Hopedale, arresting him in Pennsylvania Wednesday night. Both are charged with armed robbery while masked and possession of a firearm in commission of a felony. It was back in October of last year when two people wearing Halloween-type masks and at gunpoint robbed the TD Bank on Washington Street in Holliston making off with about four-thousand dollars. In Framingham District Court yesterday Desena entered a not guilty plea. Her lawyer saying she has a substance abuse problem and has no violent priors. She’s being held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing on Monday. Holliston Police Chief Matthew Stone calling the investigation the epitome of teamwork including the public's assistance and he hopes the arrest of these two dangerous individuals reaffirms his department's relentless efforts to keep the community safe.
