By MyFM's Rick Michaels - The Hopedale Board of Selectmen will begin to put the pieces in place as the search is getting underway to find a new Town Administrator. The resignation of Hopedale Town Administrator Steve Sette will become official tonight effective October 25th. Sette applied for the position of Town Manager of Uxbridge becoming one of two finalists from a field of 35 applicants and he was appointed to the job last week by Uxbridge Selectmen. Hopedale Selectmen tonight will discuss the hiring of a firm to assist with the search for a new Town Administrator as well as coming up with an Interim Coverage plan for the position until the permanent replacement is found. Sette leaves after spending the last six years as Hopedale Town Administrator he was unanimously approved as Town Manager by Uxbridge Selectmen and is expected to begin his new duties before the end of the month.
