The Select Board will also hear from the MassDOT, on the proposed replacement of the Fruit Street Bridge over Route 495 as part of a much bigger project involving improvements to the MassPike/Route 495 Interchange. MassDOT is offering two options for the town’s consideration both call for the construction of a new bridge at the current width or a bridge, wider that the existing one. The Board will also hear from a company seeking a Host Community Agreement for a (THC) testing laboratory at 86 South Street. If allowed by the Board KEA/ATOZ Technologies will deliver an informal presentation explaining it's proposed operation as a testing laboratory where no products would be produced or distributed on the site.
