By MyFM's Rick Michaels - The Milford Board of Selectmen and the Board of Health will be meeting separately tonight and at the same time… but may both be discussing at some point, the large house party held ten-days ago in Milford, where about 200-people gathered, resulting in the homeowner being fined. The agenda for the Board of Health, calls for a discussion about the violation of COVID-19 orders, at a party at 21 Franklin Street…which led to the homeowner being issued a $1500 fine. Milford Police responding to a report of a loud party…found most not social distancing, not wearing masks and the gathering also violated the outdoor limit of 50-people…in a town listed last week in the “YELLOW” moderate risk category by the State, with 6.1 cases per 100,000. New data is released on Wednesday…towns with more than 8-cases per 100,000, mostly recently that being Framingham and Sutton…move into the “RED” highest risk category, for spreading COVID-19. Milford Selectmen don’t have this matter listed on their agenda for tonight…the only business listed is discussion about the Purchase Street School agreement and a granting of license for use of the Milford Youth Center.
