By MyFM's Rick Michaels - The Medway Department of Public Works will be conducting sewer smoke testing beginning today and lasting through Friday. The purpose of smoke testing is to find potential system leaks that during wet weather or when snow melts could lead to increased volume of flow that the system may not be able to handle resulting in overflows. This week Medway DPW will conduct the smoke testing in an area from Kelley Street, off of Holliston Street, to points South, down Center Street, through Village Street and down through Charles River Road and surrounding streets. Residents may notice white smoke during the day from 7:30am -3pm, today through Friday.
