By MyFM's Rick Michaels - Town Clerks are making preparations for Early Voting by Mail for the State Primary in September and the Presidential Election in November. Milford Town Clerk Amy Neves says residents who have registered to vote by July 1st, will be mailed an application to Vote Early by Mail otherwise you will be able to obtain an application on the Town’s website. The deadline to vote for the September 1st Primary, is Saturday August 22nd and the deadline to register to vote for the November 3rd General Election, is Saturday October 24th. Neves reminds residents if you’re applying for an Early Ballot by Mail for the State Primary, you must indicate your Ballot Choice, if you’re unenrolled/Independent Voter because for the Primary, her office can’t mail you a ballot without your choice indicated on the form. Early Voting in Person for the September Primary, will be held August 22nd to the 28th.
