By MyFM's Rick Michaels - The first day candidates are able to pull papers to run for office in the Milford Town Election coming up in April is today, and the Town Clerk’s Office is expected to be busy. Over the weekend two residents announced their intentions to run for office seeking the seat on the Board of Selectmen, now occupied by Chairman Bill Buckley will be Josh Lioce, who is currently a member of the Board of Assessors in Milford and he says he’s very excited and looking forward to doing great things and moving Milford forward. Also taking out nomination papers today will be Jamie Luchini, running for the three-year term as Highway Surveyor the position is held right now by Scott Crisafulli. Luchini is currently the Highway Superintendent in Northbridge. Already announcing their intentions to run for office is former Milford Police Chief Tom O’Loughlin for Selectman and Amy Hennessey-Neves will seek re-election as Milford Town Clerk.
