MILFORD - Milford Police are investigating a Sunday morning fatal accident in which a car hit a pedestrian. It happened around 4am on Dilla Street behind Wendy's. Police have not released the victim’s name, saying only that was a 31-year-old man. The driver of the vehicle that hit him stayed on the scene. The accident is currently under investigation by Milford Police, the Central Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council Accident Reconstruction Team and the Worcester County District Attorney's Office.
