Milford Police Make Arrest In False Suicide Call

By MyFM's Rick Michaels - Milford Police say a call reporting a suicide threat which turned out to be false, led to the arrest of a Fall River man, at an apartment on Senate Road. 37-year old Kenneth Fillion is being charged with filing a false report to public safety dispatch, obstruction of justice/misleading or lying to police, threatening to commit a crime, intimidation and a civil rights violation.  Milford Police say it turned out Fillion also had three outstanding warrants out for his arrest when he was taking into custody. The fictional call was made to the Vet Crisis Hotline claiming a woman was going to end her life with a firearm with Fillion being arrested at a Senate Road apartment in Milford, around 6:45 last night.
