By MyFM's Rick Michaels - The Milford Board of Selectmen will meet tonight at which time the board will make an announcement of a vote taken during an executive session held last Thursday, regarding the case of Carroll versus the Town of Milford. A legal complaint has been filed by Dennis Carroll, the former Chairman of the Personnel Board fighting the Board of Selectmen’s decision to remove him from the Personnel Board. Meanwhile there’s just one scheduled appointment, when Selectmen will hear from the Milford Youth Center Director Jen Ward who will present the board with an update. The board will also discuss the warrant and the upcoming Special Town Meeting next month. Under new business Sira Naturals, which has a medicinal marijuana cultivating facility and is seeking to move into the recreational marijuana market will go before selectmen and the topic will be amending the host community agreement they have with the town of Milford. The board also has a strategy session planned in executive session regarding the contract negotiations for Milford Police Chief Tom O’Loughlin.
