MILFORD - Milford is getting ready to search for a new police chief again, but this time with a committee. At a special meeting today, the Milford Select Board will put together a search committee that will include some residents, Town Meeting members, town staff and police union members. Select Board member Paul Mazzuchelli tells Patch they will probably hire a consultant to help. Milford has not had a permanent chief since Tom O’Loughlin’s contract was not renewed in 2019. James Falvey is currently Interim Chief.
