By MyFM's Rick Michaels - Milford Town Meeting members will have 25 articles to vote on tonight when the Annual Town Meeting gets underway. Two citizens petitions on the warrant will change the make up of the Board of Selectmen and move the date of the Annual Town Election. If approve, Article 11 would look to increase the membership of the Board of Selectmen, from three to five members. The proposal would have to also be approved by voters which would be put out as a ballot question, at the next Town Election. When the Town Election is held may also be changing Town Meeting members are being asked to move from April to November the Annual Town Election. There is two articles seeking money, for the Police Chief Selection Review Committee and then for the filling of the vacancy, in the office of Milford Police Chief. Article 13 will approve funds for services, to be used in the possible final acquisition and transfer of the Milford Water Company and it's assets to the Town of Milford. The Annual Town Meeting will begin at seven o’clock tonight, in Milford Town Hall.
