Upcoming Election Information:
Please be advised that the Town of Milford is required to provide EARLY VOTING IN PERSON and the DEADLINE TO REGISTER TO VOTE for the following 2022 Elections. All sessions will be held in Upper Town Hall at 52 Main Street.
Accessible parking and the accessible entrance are on the right-hand side of building and an elevator can be used to access Upper Town Hall. The general entrance to access Upper Town Hall is in the front of the building on Main Street. The dates and times are listed below.
September 6th State Primary:
Saturday 8/27 Register to Vote and Early Vote in Person 9am-5pm
Monday 8/29 Early Vote in Person 8am-4:30pm
Tuesday 8/30 Early Vote in Person 8am-4:30pm
Wednesday 8/31 Early Vote in Person 8am-6:00pm

Early Voting by Mail is also available for both the September 6th Primary and the November 8th State Election, you may have already received an application in the mail. Please submit the application as quickly as possible as the Post Office suggests two weeks for mailing.
Please note that due to understaffing, the Town Clerk’s Office will be open for Election related business ONLY during Early Voting sessions and on Election Days. Please see the Town’s website on https://www.milfordma.gov/town-clerk for online instructions/access to our office at this time.

Election Day(s):
Polls will be open 7:00 am until 8:00 pm on both Election days.
You can vote in person on Election Day at your Polling location:
Precincts 1 & 6- Milford Senior Center, 60 North Bow St.
Precincts 2 & 3- Italian American Veterans Hall, 4 Hayward Field
Precincts 4, 5, 7, 8- Milford Portuguese Club, 119 Prospect Heights
If you will be unable to make it to your polling location on Election Day between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm please apply for an Early Voting by Mail Ballot or an Absentee Ballot using the following link as soon as possible to allow sufficient time for the mailing process:
