Nappi Remains In Custody

By MyFM's Rick Michaels - A Milford woman accused of deliberately driving her vehicle, with her three children into a reservoir in Portsmouth, Rhode Island remains in custody following her arraignment yesterday. 30 year old Amanda Nappi is facing three counts of cruelty and neglect as she appeared before a judge in Portsmouth where bail was set at $30,000 cash surety, she was unable to make bail and remains in the Adult Correctional Institute in Cranston. Nappi is charged with driving into the Lawton Valley Reservoir with her children in the vehicle, all were taken to the hospital as a precaution.  The children remain in the custody of the Department of Children and Family Services.
