By MyFM's Rick Michaels - The 2019 Town Census in Bellingham is beginning and the Town Clerk is notifying residents the forms are being mailed to every household. Town Clerk Ann Odabashian the mailing of the census forms will go out to some 65-hundred households in Bellingham and she says in most cases, verification of the current information is all that’s needed. Massachusetts Law requires a local census to update the number of residents in every city and town across the Commonwealth. Odabashian says you can verify your voting status on the Census form and also register to vote through the mail, by checking the appropriate box and an application will be sent to your home. Bellingham residents are being asked to fill out and return the forms as soon as possible dropping it off at the Town Clerks Office or at one of several “Special Drop-Boxes” around town.
