The 9th Annual WMRC Radiothon for the Oliva Fund for Cancer yesterday raised $82,057 dollars. The broadcast went from 7 in the morning until 5:40 in the evening taking in contributions large and small. The contributions assist those going through the illness that has stricken millions and supports those needing assistance at the Milford Regional Medical Center's Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Next year will be the tenth anniversary for the radiothon. The nine year total is $490 thousand dollars, all thanks to our devoted and generous listeners.
