By MyFM's Rick michaels - The Bellingham Planning Board will hold a public hearing tonight, on several articles appearing on the Town Meeting Warrant next month. The Board will review two articles seeking to amend the town’s zoning by law dealing with Marijuana the first, would allow for all types of Marijuana establishments except of retailers, to be located in the town’s Industrial Zones. The second would allow Marijuana Retailers to be established in Bellingham’s Industrial Zones. There’s also an article to amend the zoning map, to include rezoning land on Hartford Avenue, from Residential to Business petitioned by the Manager of 217 River Road, LLC Kevin Meehan. Planning Board Members will also continue a hearing on Borrego Solar Systems, proposing a solar project with a tax agreement with the town on 13 acres of land at 186 Maple Street in Bellingham near the Franklin Town Line. The company addressed the Franklin Planning Board Monday night about the project. The Bellingham Special Town Meeting will be held Wednesday night November 13th .
