By MyFM's Rick Michaels - Holliston residents will have 27 articles to vote on when the Fall Town Meeting is held later this month. There will be seven-articles dealing with medicinal and recreational marijuana including a temporary moratorium on recreational marijuana retailers, a move that residents voted in favor of back in May. There are also several articles amending zoning by-laws for Marijuana retailers, as well as other Marijuana establishments and Marijuana licensure. Holliston residents will also vote on a capital budget that totals just over one-million dollars the biggest expenditure is 275-thousand dollars for a roof replacement at 1750 Washington Street, for a building the town bought three-years ago. Another article is asking for money to pay for a water main replacement and construction costs in the Mudville neighborhood using water surplus money of 450 thouand dollars and one-point-three million dollars, from the water infrastructure reserve account. The entire warrant can now be viewed on the town website. The Holliston Fall Town Meeting will be held on Monday night October 29th at 7:30pm, at the High School Auditorium.
