By MyFM's Rick Michaels - Uxbridge Police say a Webster man is facing several drug charges after making what appeared to be a hand to hand drug transaction on Lincoln Street Wednesday night. 42-year old Mark Desourdy of Webster is being charged with trafficking in more than 36 grams of Heroin, possession of a Class “B” substance and two-counts of possession with intent to distribute. An Uxbridge Police officer noticed a vehicle with an invalid inspection sticker drive past him at about 9:30 Wednesday night and followed the car onto Lincoln Street where he witnessed a resident come out and meet him and he noticed some sort of transaction. Upon further investigation after pulling over the vehicle Desourdy was driving, who acted very nervous, a K-9 unit was called to the scene and that led to the search and seizure of six bags of a substance consistent with heroin, along with crack cocaine and 38 pills, along with paraphernalia, indicative of sales or narcotics. Desourdy was held unable to meet bail and was arraigned in Dudley District Court yesterday.
